Non-Post Cure Silicone Rubber
Known as heat cured rubber or high temperature vulcanizing (HTV), high consistency silicone rubber (HCR) is a kind of solid silicone rubber. With the help of platinum catalyst or organic peroxide crosslinking agent, Zhengtai HCR silicone rubbers are typically cured, giving them exceptional temperature and aging resistance. It can be used in processes like extrusion, molding and calendering. Our non-post cure silicone rubber is suitable for the production of various ice trays, adult toys, rubber kitchen utensils and other silicone rubber products that do not turn white after boiling.
